The Cape Cod Commission(Commission)hereby issues this Final Certificate of Compliance,certifying
compliance with the Approved Project Plans,in accordance with the DRI decision for the Project dated
September 28,2023. The Commission certifies and acknowledges that the Applicant has satisfied and
complied with the terms and conditions of the DRI decision,as modified,sufficient for issuance of this
Certificate,subject to the understandings below.
This Certificate is issued with the understanding that Applicant will continue to coordinate with state
and other agencies,as necessary,to install a mid-block crosswalk and ADA-compliant ramps on Route
28 proximate to the site drive.
This Final Certificate of Compliance authorizes,under the Decision,the issuance of any and all local
development permits for the Project,including but not limited to a Certificate of Occupancy.
