Eric has been out sick for the last two days which is why you havent heard from us. We will be working with John O'Reilly to fix the construction details to work with the slope and in
compliance with the approvals.

Hello,
An after the fact preconstruction meeting was held on 7/6/2026, and staff found the work to be in non-compliance with the approved plan and order of conditions. The site must be brought
into compliance as soon as possible by removal of the stairway that was built not per the plan, and restoration of the bank in areas where disturbance as not original proposed. Erosion
control in the form of a straw wattle or compost sock must be installed immediately at the bottom of the bank and at the work limit line to demarcate the work area. Please let us know

It appears that construction has begun at 1 Parsonage point without the required pre-construction meeting. Work must cease until this onsite meeting can be held to comply with the order
of conditions and approved plans, attached. Staff will meet you onsite to ensure the limit of work is installed in the proper location and review the approved plan and conditions. Please
