COLE rep was onsite to perform concrete sampling, and concretetesting at the locations referenced above. S.W. COLE Construction Services representative Alex Charnitsky arrived onsite at approximately 6:30 AM. Concrete placement was observed during the time of sampling and testing. Concrete Delivery of Load 1 arrived onsite with approximately 11 cubic yards of 4,500‑psi concrete with1‑1/2‑inch aggregate. Sika 75 admixture was added prior to placement. The concrete was placed via pump truck. Two sets of field tests were performed on sampled concrete with the following results: Truck 52 – Load 1Slump: 8 inches Air Content: 4.3 percentConcrete Temperature: 80°F Truck 81 – Load 10Slump: 6 inches Air Content: 3 percentConcrete Temperature: 80°F Two sets of 6x12 compression test cylinders were cast for laboratory testing at 7, 14, and 28 days (2), along withone hold cylinder. Following completion of the initial placement, the pump truck relocated and utilized a 4,500‑psi concrete mixwith 3/4‑inch aggregate. Sika 75 admixture had been added prior to arrival. Truck 77 – Load 1Slump: 7 inches Air Content: 3.6 percentConcrete Temperature: 79°F One set of 4x8 compression test cylinders were cast for laboratory testing at 7, 14, and 28 days (2), along withone hold cylinder. Laboratory compressive strength test results will be reported separately upon completion of testing. Concrete Construction Observation Report The S.W.COLE field representative is on-site at the request of our client to provide construction materials testing and to observe and document construction activities. The S.W.COLE rep departed the site at approximately 2:30 PM after completing the requested services.
