Construct and Maintain a Pier, Ramp and Float
To the Conservation Commission,
Attached please find Form 8A and a check in the amount of $150. The Order of Conditions to construct and
maintain a pier, ramp and float was issued in 2005.
The COC certification relates to the referenced project only and does not address overall site or property
conditions.
A site inspection was made on June 25, 2026. Measurements taken at that time indicate the project was built
consistent with the plan. The pier portion was uniquely designed to overlie, and be anchored to, an older,
existing stone groin. The means of anchoring to the stones is consistent with the intention of the approved plan.
Based on my research and knowledge of the site, I hereby certify that the project was carried out in compliance
with the Order of Conditions and the approved plan.
