Hi Mark,
Just to confirm, Lynne got us the plans for 7 Cape Isle and 14 Compass, so they are
all set for the 7/16.
We will continue 143 Mayflower and 166 Blue Rock to 8/6, which gives you until 7/30
for those plans.

Hi Joe. I know Lynne is trying to wrap these up. But with four of them to do, it might
just not happen. If we don’t get them to you in time, please just continue those two
hearings and I’ll see you on the 16th for the other two.
Thank you for your patience.

Good morning,
The deadline for new materials is one week before the meeting at noon. I
will sometimes make an exception if I get the plan before I finish putting
together the Commissioner’s packets. These plans are the last ones I am
waiting for this week, so I was hoping to finish the packets in the next
hour.
Is that possible?

Hi, Joe,
Not likely to have that done by tomorrow. When would your drop dead date be?
166 Blue Rock Road?
Best,
Lynne

Hello,
It appears we are also waiting on a planting plan for 143 Mayflower Terr.
Please let us know if that plan will be dropped off as well, or if you will
need to continue.

Thank you! That's the trouble with working alone, you don't have someone to check your
work! How many paper copies would you like?

Hi Lynne,
For 7 cape isle:
· I think the total SF is off
· The red icon (x5) doesn’t appear in the plant list, nor the green varied
circles (is this just filler?)
· Please include the size/spacing of the aster
14 compass
· Please include the quantity of bearberry
· The blue icon (x3) doesn’t appear in the plant list
Maybe worth it to add a note to both that mulch may only be applied under
the drop line of each plant, and hand weeding of invasive plants is
allowed. I always love the diversity you include.
Thanks!

Hi, Brittany,
I wanted to run these plans by you before I finalize them and submit them to your office. In
general, I'm trying to use plant diversity with pretty limited choices, and create functional
and, hopefully, attractive buffer areas that property owners will be happy to leave alone.
Campagna - I am proposing a coastal flower garden where the patio is to be removed,
thinking pollinators. In the little 2' wide section that is all sand, I thought straight bearberry
would be best. And then I use the taller shrubs where the garden is coming out. (Scale
and date corrected)
On the Dandis plan, like Neptune Lane, I combined the various shrubs, grasses and flowers
in the one mitigation area.
Thank you!
