There is a 950 application fee, which can be paid by cash or check made to "Town of Yarmouth". This approval is valid for
one year. This Approval does not grant any property rights or any exclusive prlvileges; it does not authorize any injury toprivate property or invasion of property.

After-the-fact approval for removal of 7 trees to install septic.
The trees must be replaced by planting seven native trees of at least 1.5" caliper.
Alternatively, a planting plan can be submitted for approval by Conservation to include a mix of native
shrubs as a buffer along the adjacent marsh. A minimum of four shrubs will be required for every tree
replaced. See the provided Cape Cod Cooperative Extension Unit's List of Native Plants of Barnstable
County for the full list of approved plants. Approved 6/17/2026
