As a follow-up to the hearing on July 6, 2026, I wanted to make the Board aware that when the
Belezekians owned the property and were granted a permit to erect a barn on water street,
they owned the property across the street from the barn, The manager would open the barn
door facing water street, guide the cow through the gate, cross the street, open the gate on the
other s,de of the street, and lead the cows into the pasture.
That piece of land across the street from the barn was sold off before they sold the piece of land
where the Belezekian residence, the farm manager's residence and the barn were located.
lf a variance was granted because the road (water street) went through their property, that
condition no longer exists.
There is a new home on what was the pasture land, and the property referred to as the Booth
Home directly across the street from the barn was subdivided and a second home was built on
that land,
I hope this explanation will help to shed some light on the situation you find when the members
of the Health Board visit the property to review the application,
