I am writing to express my support for my neighbor regarding the fence currently under review. As a resident who lives directly across the street from the property, I have had a clear view of the fence and its impact on the neighborhood. In my opinion, the fence is well maintained, Attractive, and does not detract from the character of our community. I do not believe it creates any negative effect on neighboring properties or the overall appearance of the historic district. Having lived in this neighborhood for nearly two decades, I have seen many changes over the years. The fence has not caused any concerns for me as a nearby resident. Rather, it provides privacy, security, and an orderly appearance to the property. 1 respectfully ask the Commission to consider my support when reviewing this matter. The installation is incredibly straight and level, truly pleasing to the eye. And the style fits very nicely with the house and adjoining properties.
