Hi Bob,
The application (25-A140) was approved last year to replace windows at 39 Gunwale with
Anderson 400 series windows, to replace a bay window with a picture window, and replace
a slider in the rear. While working on the project, the contractor found that the existing
1970s windows/doors are smaller than the Anderson 400 series, so he will need to enlarge
the window and door openings a bit in order to fit the Anderson 400s and new slider into
place. He'll replace the white cedar shingles as needed around the windows.
