This notice is regarding your rental property located at 57 Pine Grove Road. Our records indicate that this property requires a periodic housing inspection under Chapter 108 of the
Occupancy of Buildings Bylaw before a 2026 rental certificate can be issued.
Despite multiple attempts to reach you, we have been unable to contact you to schedule the necessary inspections. Please be advised that operating a rental property without a valid rental
certificate is a violation of town regulations.
To avoid these consequences and ensure compliance, we urge you to contact our office immediately to arrange an inspection. The deadline for obtaining the 2026 rental certificate is rapidly
