Dear Mr. Mahoney,
This notice is regarding your rental property located at 1 Christmas Way, 54 Starbuck Lane., 56 Starbuck Lane, 11 Turner Lane and 88 Poinsettia Drive. Our records indicate that these
properties requires a rental housing inspection before a 2026 rental certificate can be issued.
Despite multiple attempts to reach you, we have been unable to contact you to schedule the necessary inspections. Please be advised that operating a rental property without a valid rental
certificate is a violation of town regulations.
To ensure compliance, we urge you to contact our office immediately to arrange an inspection. The deadline for obtaining the 2026 rental certificate is rapidly approaching, and prompt
action is required to avoid any disruptions to your rental operations.
