Yarmouth Dear Commission Members, On behalf ofRobert & Leslie Vigneau, Jr., We are hereby submitting this engineer’s statement regarding the status ofthe PrQject that was issued an Order of Conditions from the Commission On May 5, 2022. The approved PrQject as referenced in the Order of Conditions invoIved血e li餓ng ofan existing Single-family home and placement ofthe home on a new foundation in order to bring the dwelling imo flood zone compliance. Mitigation plantings were proposed due to the proximity of WOrk to the a句acent BVW. An inspection ofthe Site indicates血at the prQject work indicated on the approved plan has been COmPleted in substantial compliance with the plan and the Order of Conditions. Two copies ofa Conservation Asbuilt Plan (CAP) are provided herewith. An inspection was perfomed on Juiy 8, 2026. Erosion controIs have been removed and all areas disturbed by construction are stabilized. The lawn was re-eStablished using a fescue mix as required・ The lawn is generally brown and domant due to the current drought conditions but Should come back well once precipitation and cooler nights prevail. Mitigation plantings as SPeCi宜ed by the approved plans were installed in May 2023 and are currently in good condition. Netting is in place around some ofthe plantings that are susceptible to foraging by deer and rabbits. Minor deviations from the approved plan are as follows: 1. The paver patio at the rear ofthe dwelling extends two feet wider than shown on the approved plans. This modification was made so that the pavers lined the front ofthe dog house access to the basement. The applicant indicated this change was approved at the last meeting with the Commission. 2. The distance ofthe nearest comer ofthe flat stone wall to the BVW is 19.4’rather than 19.6’as indicated on the approved plans. The top ofthe wall is four inches higher than indicated on the approved plans. 2 ] 4 Worcester Street N.
