Overall Result: Pass
Overall Remarks:
Went out with conservation agent Joe Jerolimo to inspect
the property. Knocked on the door and no one answered.
Was able to observe the rear (from the town way) and front
of the property to determine if the exterior had been cleaned
up and no longer presented opportunity for harborage.
Exterior showed a marked improvement, and the
maintenance order has been lifted. All items have been
addressed with the exception of the missing screen door at
the front door required from April 1st-October 31st. This
information was sent to owner Deyselucia Riker via email and
letter.
