Across from the intersection of Thacher Shore Road and Ftinttock Way
History: Since the 1940s, this vista has been maintained for all to enioy. lt was originalty tisted as
one of Yarmouth's officlat Cape Cod Bay vlstas. At a conservation commission hearing on June 7h,
2012, supported by scores of neighbors, permission was granted by the Yarmouth Conservation
Commission for the Puzio's and the Otsen's to once yearly hire a professionaI a]borist to vista prune
according to the Town of Yarmouth vista pruning guldetines. Since that time, that process has been
fottowed as to the vista you see today. Town guidetines have now changed requiring officlal
permisslon to be rene$red every three years. We are compteting all required paperwork and wi[[
present our appllcation at the next conseryation meeting on August, Oh, You are welcome to attend.

one of Yarmouth's official Cape Cod Bay vistas. The land was originally donated to the town by the
