RE: REQUEST FOR CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE SE83-1204, 185 Cranberry Lane
Dear homeowner,
Pursuant to your Request for a Certificate of Compliance for work permitted under file number SE83-1204, after
review and inspection of the work carried out at the property, the Conservation Commission voted at its public
meeting held on July 16, 2026, not to issue a Certificate of Compliance at this time.
The Commission found that the following conditions of the Order have not been met:
General Condition 12: The work shall conform to the following plans and special conditions: Site plan of land
prepared for Michael Levigna for Stanley R. Sweetser, Inc. Dated 8/6/1992.
The following actions shall be taken before a new Request for Certificate of Compliance may be submitted:
remove the unpermitted section of deck on the boathouse or submit an after-the-fact NOI to permit the deck by
9/17/2026. Please note that a written statement by a registered professional engineer or land surveyor is required
certifying substantial compliance with the plans and describing what deviation, if any, exists from the plans
approved in the Order.
