Dear Mr. Elliott:
I am writing as the property owner of 981 Rt. 28, Yarmouth, MA 02664 to formally
remove Donald Young as the electrician of record on the above-referenced electrical
permits, BLDE-23-19637 and BLDE-23-1277.
I am in the process of engaging a new licensed electrician, Paul Petersen, who will be in
contact with your office to take over these permits and complete the remaining work.
Please let me know if any additional documentation is required from me in the meantime.
