Hi Lisa,
I am not at all happy with Sheila and Arpad with regard to 500 6A. Among other things, they never
completed a faithful recreation of the carriage house as was promised (no corbels along the eves, e.g.),
the front door is an abomination, and, although not mandated by the committee (an oversight for sure),
the house no longer has a (facsimile) chimney. Sheila told me that they intended to add one.
However, inasmuch as this application has nothing to do with their transgressions, assuming the
extended deck will not be visible from 6A (the view blocked by the recreated carriage house), I will have
to approve.

WAIVER OF 45-DAY DETERMINATION
The applieantiapplicant' s agent understands and agrees that due to the current declared National and
State public health emergencies the determination of our Application for a Certificate of Appropriate
ness Demolition Exemption may not be made within 45 days of the filing of such application.
The applicant agrees to extend the time frame within which a determination is to be made as required
by the Old King's Highway Regional Historic District Act.
