Engineering Division has reviewed the submitted documents and application, dated April 24, 2026,
and submitted for review on June 29, 2026 for the above reference project. Refer to the following
summary of remarks:
• Engineering requests the following revisions:
n Install drainage swales to Lots 4, 5 and 6 to retain stormwater on site. Stormwater
sub -catchment area with stormwater runoff from Lots 4, 5 and 6 discharges towards
private properties at I I I I and 1117 Route 28.
