Hi Brittany,
I apologize for attaching the wrong, unsigned letter. I have attached the correct one to this email along with all 4 attachments from American Thunder.
I have already reached out to Roby regarding the beach raking and she is unable to commit to someone working overtime on that Monday morning at this time. She will try to let me know
after Labor Day, so to that, the fireworks personnel will have plenty of time this year to do a complete cleanup of the beach after the display as the high tide is at 5:44p.m. and the
show is at 8:00 p.m. on the outgoing tide. They will return at first light which will be between 6:22 and 6:50 along with the Yarmouth Fire Dept. to do their inspection of the beach.
The Rotary volunteers will be doing a final cleanup on Monday morning. Seeing as the tide is high at 6:35 and will still going out early in the morning, we will have the Rotary volunteers
start the final cleanup at around 9:30 and one committee member and myself will do a final inspection by noon. We do not have the exact number of Rotary volunteers at this time, but
last year they had 10 signed up. I will let you know as soon as possible.
In case of a rain date, the schedule would remain approximately the same.

Hi Jan,
Please provide an updated pollution control plan to reflect this year’s timing, tide conditions, and list of confirmed volunteers for the cleanup. Once we receive the updated plan, I
will review it with the Chair to see if we can grant administrative approval or if a hearing with the conservation commission is needed.
Thanks,
