Hello Joseph and Brittany,
As discussed with Joseph, Jeff Lovejoy, a landscape professional and
stone mason, will be repairing the damage to the rear brick stairs and
bluestone walkway that occurred during the required septic system
installation.
His work will include repointing and remortaring the bricks that were
damaged, as well as replacing any bluestone that was cracked, removed,
or otherwise damaged by the installation equipment. The repaired
stairs and walkway will maintain the same footprint and materials as
the original.
Jeff plans to begin the repairs tomorrow, July 29, 2026.
