Hello Ken, BUILDING DEPARTMENT
Ley We are the homeowners of 25 Grouse Lane, West Yarmouth.
We are requesting to cancel/terminate the existing electrical permit BLDE-26-311.
Our understanding is that the rough electrical inspection passed on 4/9/2026. We will be hiring a new
licensed electrician to complete the remaining electrical work. The new electrician will obtain a new
permit and request the required inspection/final inspection for the remaining work.
