A Claim has been made involving a loss,damage or destruction of the above
referenced property,which may exceed either$1,000 or cause Massachusetts
General Laws,Chapter 143,Section 6 to be applicable. If any notice under
Massachusetts General Laws,Chapter 139,Section 3B Disbursement of insurance
proceeds for loss,damage or destruction of building or structure;notice;lien is
appropriate,please direct it to the attention of this writer and include a reference to the
above captioned insured,location,date of loss,and claim number.
Nothing in this correspondence constitutes,nor should it be construed by you to be,a
waiver of any of the rights of Narragansett Bay Insurance Company under its insurance
policy. Nor is it the purpose of this correspondence to waive any of the policy terms and
conditions.
