Hi Jack,
On Monday we were talking about the location of the decorative fence being at the back side of the
extended berm. Please be sure it is located to provide the 20’ of landscaped buffer in front of the fence
to the right-of-way. The decorative fence on the plan provided is shown at 30’, but I know you were
going to look at relocating it and wanted to be sure we had the minimum landscaped buffer.
