Hi Dan,
As you are aware, 11 Aarons Way is a corner lot which are viewed as having two front and two side yards. Per section
301.4.1 of the Zoning Bylaw, all parking is to be located to the side and or rear of the structure. All relief from this
requirement will have to be granted from the BOA unless a structure or site work already exist and makes the placement
impossible.
Are you already scheduled for Design Review?

Attached please find a PDF of the Site Plan Review/Design Review plan for Lou Seminara.
Lou is really hoping that we can work with the alignment shown, parking to “side” with
respect to Higgins Crowell Road.
Can this be approved by SPR, or will it need ZBA relief to have this alignment?
Lou is having a color rendering done, and can provide detail on a planting ridge with
grasses to hide the vehicles from view.
I can discuss anytime, please call once you have a chance to review, if possible, prior to
formal SPR on 2/25/14 at 2:30 PM.
(or we would be glad to have an informal meeting prior).
