Approval is given to remove the pine hanging over the house at the northwest
corner of the deck by flush cutting, leaving the stump. It must be replaced by two native trees from the
provided list, of at least 1.5" caliper, planted within 50' of Follins Pond. The other two pine trees discussed
must remain, but may be trimmed according to the Town's pruning guidelines. Please provide photos
once the trees have been planted.
