Dear Ms. DiRienzo:
Please accept this as a request to withdraw the above -referenced Notice of Intent
without prejudice. The reason for this request is that the Applicant has not yet obtained a
recommendation from the Waterways Committee and the hearing on Thursday, February
20, 2025, will be the third hearing and it is the policy of the Commission not to grant more
than three continued hearings.
The Applicant intends to continue to pursue the proposed project and will refile a
Notice of Intent with the Commission after obtaining a recommendation from the
Waterways Committee.
