Hi Brian,
The local bylaw (2.04, 4, iii) limits continuance requests by the applicant to 3. The applicant has already reached this limit, so the commission will be voting on this item this Thursday.
You may also withdraw the application.

Hi Brittany:
I am writing to follow up on a voice mail I left you on Friday afternoon.
The property owner of 2 Buttercup Lane appeared before the Waterways Committee on Thursday, February 13, 2025. At the conclusion of the hearing, the Applicant requested a continuance.
The primary reason for making this request was that, after the application was submitted to the Waterways Committee, there were revisions to the plan. The revised plan had not been
submitted to the Committee prior to the Committee's hearing. The Committee indicated that it did not want to make recommendations on a plan that was different than the plan that the
Commission would be reviewing. Consequently, we requested a continuance so that the Applicant can submit the most recently revised plan to the Waterways Committee.
In light of this development, I called to get your input on what to do about the continued hearing before the Commission that is scheduled for Thursday, February 20, 2025. It is my
understanding that the Commission requires a recommendation from the Waterways Committee before acting on an NOI. In light of this, should we request a continuance? Or should we move
forward with our presentation to the Commission?
Your advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated. If you could respond to this email, or call me at my office, I would be greatly appreciative. Thank you.
Brian
