To ensure strict compliance with the visual and architectural standards of the Old King's Highway guidelines, please note the following design details included in the application: Historical Likeness: The design is rased directly on archival photographs graciously provided to me by Bob Kelly of the Historical Society of Old Yarmouth. The initial drawing that l provided was what I thought was their initially until after I received this information and that was my need to renovate the draft where doors and windows were located. Exterior hiding: The structure will feature white cedar shingle,, con sistent with traditional gape Cod architecture and the original workshop's aesthetic, Material Harmonization: The windows and doors have been selected to mirror the historic likeness of the original structure, The roof Shingles will h�tllectocl to match the profile and color of the existing roof on the primary residential dwelling to ensure total property cohesion. - Proposed Accessory Use; The structure will be utilized strictly as Ki resldential accessory spage, serving as a personal workshop, hobby area, and for the storage of residential maintenance tools, recreational gear, and household equipment.
