At its July 2nd, 2026, hearing, the Conservation Commission heard a Request for
Determination of Applicability for a proposed addition in land subject to coastal storm
flowage at 10 Gardiner Lane. The commission voted 4-0 approving a motion to issue a
Negative 2 Determination. Therefore, said work does not require the filing of a Notice of
Intent. The Determination of Applicability was issued on 71712026.
