Hi Guys,
Success for DRC! Please find attached a revised exterior for 313 Whites Path. They went with Sara's Option A with the
sloped roof in the front with shingle siding along White's Path and the showroom portion of the East Elevation. I always
feel you have a better chance of getting what you want when you draw a picture. Thank you to Sara for all her efforts.
They did eliminate the brick veneer columns on the warehouse portion of the East Elevation, but I don't think that will
matter as they were going to add some trees in the grassed area in front of this side of the building. I wish they had
continued with the shingle siding along the showroom on the West Elevation, but overall a significant improvement and
what the DRC was requesting.
