Hi Guys,
Sara Porter was kind enough to work up sketches of the building changes we discussed at the Design Review Committee
meeting held on April 28th for 313 White’s Path. Attached are sketches showing the proposed changes to the roofline of
the showroom area fronting along White’s Path, and a sketch of the north elevation which shows additional windows,
raises the height of the portico and includes additional embellishments to have the building read as a two story
structure. The DRC preferred the roofline changes. It would be appreciated if you could discuss these options with the
owner. I will be including these sketches in my Site Plan Review Comments.
