Please find attached a revised building design for 22 Aaron’s Way that includes a
more traditional sloped roof. Please note that there are four views of the building
in the attached pdf. I’ve also attached the original DRC Comment sheet and
plans for the project for easy reference.
The size of the building and how it lays out on the site would remain the same.
The rear elevation will have the same windows and doors as originally shown.
The main roof has a 4.5:12 pitch and the entrance ways have a 7.5:12 pitch. The proposed roof
material will be architectural style asphalt shingles, weathered wood color.
The siding will remain the same gray vinyl siding.
I think the changes are an improvement. I like the more traditional sloped roof,
the gable ends over the entrances, and the cupola. The question is do we need
to have another DRC meeting for these changes?
