Buffers and Plantings:    a. Now that the building is closer to Camp Street and no buffer trees can be planted along Camp Street to  allow for utility access, some trees along the west side of the building may be warranted to screen the  metal building and parking.   b. Southern end of the property abuts an R40 Zoning District.  Parking for more than 5 cars needs to be  screened from the residential district with densely planted shrubs.  Fences may be a part of such  screening.  There is concern about the location of plantings under the overhead utilities, which may be  adversely impacted by utility spraying.  c. Supplement as needed buffer plantings on the north side of the property.  d. In‐Lot Trees:  Two trees at the end of the parking do not constitute in‐lot trees.  2. Applicant should confirm they have the right to locate parking, landscaping and drainage within the Cape &  Vineyard 100’ Electric Easement.  3. Applicant needs to address proposed drainage improvements within a ROW that is outside of the property  boundaries.    4. Building Architecture:  There is none.  Just a square metal box with a very shallow roof.    I will send some information on 31 Aarons way in a separate e‐mail.  See you Tuesday at 4.    Thanks and have a great weekend!  Kathy  ---------------------------------------- Kathy Williams, PE Yarmouth Town Planner 1146 Route 28 South Yarmouth, MA 02664-4492 (508) 398-2231 Ext 1276 kwilliams@yarmouth.ma.us
