Subject:RE: Cavalier Redevelopment - Tree Save Plan Hi Brian,    I concur that some of the existing trees in close proximity to the building cannot remain “for sound landscape  design reasons”, that was essentially my point with your original plan which showed all the existing trees behind  Building B remaining.  However, the revised plan goes too far in the other direction.  There are some trees closest  to the property line behind Building B that can likely be retained, especially the three 8” oaks, 12” oak and those  closer to the parking area.  You should have your landscape architect look at it.    Thanks,  Kathy    ---------------------------------------- Kathy Williams, PE Yarmouth Town Planner 1146 Route 28 South Yarmouth, MA 02664-4492 (508) 398-2231 Ext 1276 kwilliams@yarmouth.ma.us   From: Yergatian, Brian [mailto:byergatian@bscgroup.com] Sent: Tuesday, October 18, 2016 11:59 AM To: Williams, Kathleen Cc: 'Evan Fink'; Healy, Kieran J. Subject: RE: Cavalier Redevelopment - Tree Save Plan   The 8‐ and 11‐inch trees near Building C, to which you refer, are likely too close to the proposed foundation to  save.  If we can remove those trees and still meet the zoning bylaw, then we are all for it.  The same would apply for  those behind Building B.  Revised plan attached.    Brian G.
