Hi David,
It will be a busy day. Design Review typically meets the first and third Tuesday of each month on an as needed
basis, and it happened to coincide with the BOS agenda.
The Formal Design Review application I sent you is the start of the Town review process for the currently proposed
69 unit project. Comments on the project from other departments are typically done at the Formal Site Plan
Review (SPR), which has not been scheduled at this time. Please let me know if this does not address your request.

Thank you for this material. We will look forward to the Review on the 18th. That will be a busy day, since
the Selectmen's meeting on the project is that evening as well.
I am also interested in knowing if the applicant or any other departments or agencies have filed any
correspondence or comments on the project (either with you, the Affordable Housing Trust, or other related
departments reviewing the project) . If you prefer that I come over to review the file(s), I can do that as
well.
