Hi Kieran,
I believe the door requirement was that all front doors needed to be 6‐panel, except the door facing Route 28
which had the 9 lite could remain. Also, rear doors from bedrooms could remain, it was just the doors to bedrooms
in the front that needed to be removed.
I just want you to know that I have received correspondence from Chris Greeley and others in the neighborhood
regarding this project. They have concerns that they will be commenting upon during the CHC meeting and the
Planning Board Public Hearing. Some of the comments have included:
Too many 250 sf units, which are essentially motel rooms which then need to add in kitchen and living
space.
No tubs will be an issue for those with children. Bathrooms seem very small.
Concerns about only one egress door and some that are very narrow which would make EMS access
difficult.

Hello Kathy
I am getting ready to file 77 route 28 with formal site plan review and I was going through my notes of the meeting
with formal DR. One thing that was requested was 9 lite front doors. This is not normal for a front door even
though it is common for a side or rear door. What is more common is a 3 lite door – basically at the top of the door
down 6” from the frame is something like 3 6”X6” panels whicj gives the privacy required for front doors.
Also I want to confirm this is “where required” and not every front door.
Is that okay.
