On August I 8. 2009 I 2:08am the Fire Department responded to your home lor a complaint of
open buming. Buming season is from January to May and requires a permit from the fire
department. Construction debris (fencing. posts) such as what you were buming is not allowed.
After reviewing our run reports I found that we have responded to your address after similar
complaints on the following dates: 5/08/09. 12102108, and l0/31/06. Enclosed please find a
Massachusetts Non-Criminal Fire Code Violation ticket # F05l -028575.Your first written
violation is a waming, however further violations can result in fines ofup to $1000.00.

Subject: 92 Breezy Point
I responded to unauthorized burning at this residence. We have been to this property four times for
buming demo and t'ence posts and rails. I advised a Mark Woodbury on buming rules and regulations.
This seems to be an problem. Fire alarm advised me that we have been there four times for the same
problem. He is a fence installer. He bums his old fence late at night to avoid paying dump fees. The
truck in the driveway states cape and islands fence.
