QUITCLAIM DEED
I, Diana Gadsby, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Peter Charles Pappas, (Norfolk
Probate and Family Court, Docket No. NO14P0883EA), of 10 Canterbury Lane, Hopkinton,
Middlesex County, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, pursuant to the Power of Sale in the fifth
paragraph of Last Will and Testament of Peter C. Pappas, and every other power,
for consideration paid of Two Hundred Seventy Nine Thousand and 00/100 Dollars
($279,000.00),
GRANT to Michael Kearney and Linda Kearney, as Husband and Wife, Tenants by the Entirety,
of 19 Fairway Road, South Yarmouth, Barnstable County, Massachusetts,
The land, together with the buildings thereon, situated in Yarmouth, Barnstable County,
Massachusetts, bounded and described as follows:
EASTERLY by Parkers Neck Road, as shown on plan hereinafter mentioned,
77 feet;
SOUTHERLY by Lot 43, as shown on said plan, 100 feet;
WESTERLY by Lot 35, as shown on said plan, 102 feet;
NORTHERLY by Gate Way, as shown on said plan, 75 feet; and
NORTHEASTERLY on a curved line having a radius of 25 feet and forming the
intersection of Gate Way and Parkers Neck Road, as shown on
said plan, 39.27 feet.
Being shown as LOT 42 on a plan of land entitled "'Gateway Isles' A Subdivision Plan of Land
in West Yarmouth Mass. Petitioners Gateway Construction Co. Inc. Scale 1" = 60' May 1963
Charles S. Kennedy Surveyor — Designer West Dennis, Mass. Cape Cod", which said plan is
duly filed in Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 181, Page 125.
The above -described premises are conveyed subject to and with the benefit of all rights, rights of
way, easements, appurtenances, reservations and restrictions of record, and especially as set forth
in a deed from James F. Ruhan dated December 13, 1966 and recorded with the Barnstable
County Registry of Deeds in Book 1354, Page 41, if still in full force and effect.
