with QUITCLAIM COVENANTS,
The land in the Town of Yarmouth (South), Barnstable County, Commonwealth of
Massaebusetts, together with any buildings thereon, bounded and described as follows:

Said premises are conveyed subject to and with the benefit of rights, easements, agreements, reservations
and restrictions of record, if any, insofar as the same are now in force and applicable.
The Grantor hereby waives any and all rights of Homestead in and to the premises conveyed
hereby and warrants and represents that them are no persons entitled to any rights of Homestead
under M.G.L. c. 199 in the premises conveyed by this deed.
This conveyance is subject to a first mortgage given to Millbury National Bank recorded with the
Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Book 32289, Page 40 which Grantee agrees to pay.
Meaning and intending to convey the same premises as described in Deed film with the Barnstable
County Registry of Deeds in Book 31236, Page 325.
