As requested I have reviewed the records of the Yarmouth Fire Department. I find not evidence
that underground tanks exist now or in the past. I do find a previous 2l e study memo in the file.
It does have some information relative to spills. Due to its subjective nature and having no first
person confirmatory evidence I offer a copy for your assessment.
An abutting property to the East was a former fuel depot and had previously been the subject of a
cleanup action. The property has since been purchased by the Town of Yarmouth and is
presently planned for development of Fire Station #3.
