Thank you for speaking with me yesterday afternoon in regards
to the oil tank removal completed at 22 Buttercup Lane in
September 1994 under Permit number 94{25 issued by the
Town of Yarmouth on 8/29194. As we discussed, I am in the
process of purchasing this property and need to get any
information you may have on file in regards to the oil tank
removal.
Per our discussion, I am requesting that you undertake a file
search. The purpose ofthe search is to ensure that there is no
adverse report in regards to the oil tank removal. I assume that
this will confirm that the removal was done in conformance with
all Town and State regulations and that no evidence of tank
leakage or soil contamination was found after the removal.

I checked the records ofthe Yarmouth fire Departsnent and find that a 500 sallon undergroutrd
storage was rernoved from the above property on August 29,1994 and was properly disposed of
at the Turner Trucking and Salvage Co. Of Lynrl MA on September 6,1994.
The records ofthe Department do not reflect any contamination from spills or releases at the site.
The information you supplied appears to be correct.
