The Conservation Commission of Yarmouth has information that you have violated the
Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, G.L. c.131 §40 and its regulations at 310 CMR 10.00
and/or the Town of Yarmouth Wetland By-law, Chapter 143 and its regulations. An Enforcement
Order was issued on 6/20/2024. The following requirements have not been met and are subject
to daily fines under the Bylaw until compliance is reached:
• Request for Extension past due 7/23/2024
• Request to Amend past due 8/23/2024
• Unpaid citation #7316 and #7322
Pursuant to the Town of Yarmouth Wetland By-law, Chapter 143-11, please also find enclosed
citation #7328 for $300 for violation of the bylaw. Please note that each day that this Order
remains unresolved constitutes a new violation and will be subject to additional fines.
