The Yarmouth Conservation
Commission will conduct
public hearings pursuant to
the Massachusetts Wetland
Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131,
Section 40, and the Town of
Yarmouth Wetland Bylaw,
Chapter 143; on August 20,
2026, beginning at 5 p.m.
for the following matters:
Request for Determination
of Applicability_
Susan Brita and Wimbledon
Shores Inc., 23 Bay Road.
Proposed hand raking on a
Coastal Beach and in LSCSF.
Albert Muldoon, 28 Little
Dipper Lane. Proposed raze
and replace with regrading,
paved driveway, and septic
upgrade in LSCSF.
Town of Yarmouth,
Proposed invasive species
management in multiple
Conservation areas
Notice of Intent
Joe Disipio, Robert Hyslop
Jr., Theresa Donofrio, 4-6
Columbus Avenue.
Proposed raze and replace
of a single -family -dwelling
with regrading and septic
upgrade in LSCSF.

retaining wall in the buffer
zone to a BVW.

and the buffer zone to a
BVW.
The meeting will be held at
Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146
Route 28, South Yarmouth,
MA. More information can

48 hours in advance of the
meeting.
