In January of 2005, the Commission issued an Order of Conditions for the above -referenced site, for the construction of additions to an existing single-family dwelling. A site visit was made and a survey of the existing conditions relative to the Order was performed. All work has been completed, and the site was found to be in substantial compliance with the approved Site Plans. The only noted discrepancy is a natural stone patio area located behind the garage. All other portions of this project conform to the approved site plan. This is to certify, to the best of my knowledge and belief, that the work was performed in substantial compliance with the approved plan and Order of Conditions aside from the above mentioned deviation.
