Hi, Joe and Brittany.
I just spoke with Ana Vincente (she is copied) and I should be able to assist her with what is needed in order to advance your review of her shed project .
I just wanted to check on what specifically you will need from me so that I can provide her a proposal and cost estimate for the consulting work.
Ana mentioned the wetland delineation and a "sketch plan." I do have a copy of your recently updated project plan requirements.
She mentioned that you, Joe, have been to the site.
Will you need a set of Wetland Determination Forms, or does the wetland boundary appear district enough that forms are not necessary in this case? Happy to do a set.
For the sketch plan, I'd only be able to produce a figure illustrating the approximate locations of existing features and the proposed shed footprint based on reel-taped measurements.
For resource areas, I'm seeing from mapping (images below) that there is an AE el. 11 flood zone and likely Riverfront Area in addition to BVW.
From Google Earth it is not obvious where the bank of the waterway is, but I should be able to pull a tape from the bank to the house if the distance is not more that about 200 ft.
I wouldn't be able to show existing contours in order to ID the limit of the floodzone, but would only just reference the FIRM.
If you have anything on file for the address such as an old site plan by a land surveyor, that would be helpful and I could create a sketch using an existing plan.
I didn't ask Ana, but is an RDA required, or are you able to do the review as an administrative review of sorts?
It has been a while since I have filed anything in Yarmouth.
Happy to swing into your office if there is a paper file available to review and draw from.
Any direction / instruction you can provide is greatly appreciated.
