OLD KING'S HIGHWAY HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMITTEE
Notice is hereby given that on Monday, August 24, 2026 the following applications for Certificates of Appropriateness
pursuant to Section 9 of Chapter 470 of the Acts of 1973, as amended, will be heard in the order listed below beginning at
7:15pm at Town Hail at 1146 Route 28 in South Yarmouth, MA 02664 in the Select Board Hearing Room.
Specific information for remote participation by members of the public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to
attend this meeting shall be provided on the Notice of Meeting to be published on the town's website at least 48 hours prior
to the meeting. Application materials are currently available through the Online Services/Town Record Search service on
the town's website at: https:/Ilf.yarmouth.ma_usfWebLink/Browse.asox?id=904379&reco=LASERFICHE .
It is recommended that all participants access and review application materials in advance of the meeting.

2. 26-AO97 Karen Ardolino (Owner) and Sunrun Installation Services (Agent): To install 19 solar panels
on the front and side roofs at 30 Bent Bluff lane

4. 26-AO99 John Jablonski (Owner) and Muto Construction (Agent): To replace front siding at 6
