Attached, you will find a request for an Administrative Review regarding the above-
referenced property.
A physical copy of the attached as well as a check for the associated fee will be supplied to

The dead pine may be removed by flush cutting, leaving the stump. It must be
replaced by planting at least 2 trees from the approved plant list which will be provided. The
replacement trees must be at-least 1.5" caliper and may be planted anywhere within ~20' feet of the
dead pine tree. No machines are allowed within 10' of the salt marsh. Any disturbance within the
buffer zone may require restoration at the discretion of Conservation staff. Please contact
Conservation to confirm when planting is done. 8/12/2026
