Hi Brittany, I’m not sure if you’re aware already, but CLM has been brought on to help address the enforcement order issued for 57 Lewis Bay Road. I’m aware that the enforcement order requires an updated survey and existing conditions plan, and we’ve recently been able to contract a professional wetland scientist and professional engineer to help with the wetland delineation/flagging and survey/updated existing conditions plan. However, their schedules are pretty far out, and I’m not certain yet when we’ll have an updated ECP to work with for putting together our Restoration Plan. Would it be possible to extend the hearing to 11/5 with revised materials due on 10/22? That should give everyone enough time to get the wetland delineation/survey/ECP done and for us to put a Restoration Plan together. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks, Lauren
