One ESL 1501 fue alarm control panel wilh inlegal digllal alarm communication and battery back-up.
We will clean and test all existing fire alarm devices. Il in good worting order the derices rvill be recormected
to the new sysrcrn.

The fue alarm communicalor will be pro. grammed to segcl alarm signals to our certified central station.
Trvo phone lines are required for primary and back-up signal transmission. Each line riill be supervisedand daily test signals are sent. The armual monitoring fee with rest signals will be $ 324.00
A) Any permits or irupeotion tbes are not included.
B) .{.u ncw parts and labor are guaranteed for onc 1.car.
C) .{n} defective wiring nill be replaced on a time and mater.ials basis.
D) It is assumed that the existing Iire protection was rerjEwed and inspocted by fhe yarmouth Fire
