We require representatives to attend in-person for all NOIs, especially since I’m sure there will be some discussion related to waterways. The applicant can attend on Zoom if they want. As you are probably aware, the Waterway Commission voted to recommend to YCC to deny our permit application due to “navigability issues and too many docks in the area”. Do you guys have a zoom option for the meeting on 9/3? Please advise.
